What is Sheoly Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with purchased items with any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any product. You need to return the items within 7 days. To receive a refund or exchange, return product(s) must be in original state, unused condition and in the original packaging.

We will issue a full refund, within 30 days from once items returned date. If some reason, we cannot refund purchased amount to your credit card, we will deposit money to your bank account after confirmed your refund request.
