Order Cancellation Reasons
Occasionally, order or some items are cancelled for various reasons;
- The item(s) are not available.
- Your payment details could not be verified.
- Shipping address could not be verified.
If your order is going to cancel, you will be notified from a special notice via email by explaining what is the reason for the cancellation. But we will not charge for any cancelled items.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
You can send us cancellation request before submit to the delivery. Once we receive an order, it is immediately processed to ensure to meet the expected delivery time. So please call us and make a cancellation request.
